The Clearwater Florida homeowner has been experiencing an increase in their water bill over the past few months. As you can see in the pictures below, a plumbing pipe underneath their concrete slab was damaged when the house was built and had a “kink” in it. Over time with water running through this plumbing pipe, a small pinhole leak formed on the copper plumbing pipe.
