Water Damage Can Lead To Black Mold. A Clearwater homeowner woke up this morning to find wet carpet at the entrance to their bedroom. Just because this is where the water is showing up doesn’t necessarily mean this is where the water leak is located. Using our infrared and ultrasonic water leak detection technology we were able to track the water leak to a leaking plumbing pipe behind the master bathroom vanity. Water damage can cause damage to carpet, drywall, cabinetry, and furniture. As you can see in the pictures below, not only is the carpet wet but if you look closely you can also see the swelling of the vanity in the bathroom.
