We received a phone call from a Brandon Florida resident with the complaint of a high water bill. When we arrived on site at this Brandon home, the homeowner showed us the water bill which normally averages around 5000 gallons per month. For the past two months he was up to 9000 gallons with no out of town company or excessive watering of the yard. Our team of highly skilled leak detection technicians went to work to try and figure out the reason behind such a high Brandon water bill. We found a leaking plumbing pipe under the concrete slab of the home. As you can see in the picture, only a very small hole is needed to be made in the concrete to perform the Brandon plumbing repair. An infrared inspection of an adjacent wall revealed a high moisture issue because of the slab leak.
