An insurance adjuster contacted I Find Leaks to request an infrared inspection on a Tampa property with water damage. The Tampa home experienced an issue with water damage after a plumbing pipe began leaking in a wall behind the toilet. A water damage restoration company was called in to dry out the moisture in the walls to prevent possible mold growth. The water damage restoration company removed their equipment before the property was dried properly. This resulted in the request for the infrared inspection.
