I Find and Dry Leaks was called to Safety Harbor Florida to investigate a water leak. A small amount of water kept showing up in the grout lines on the floor in this Safety Harbor Florida kitchen. Using our ultrasonic leak detection equipment and our infrared water leak inspection equipment we were able to track the source of the water leak to an ice machine the homeowner had installed in their Safety Harbor kitchen. A small plastic plumbing pipe located on the ice machine was made of plastic and had a small crack in it. This caused water to leak out onto the floor, into the walls and underneath the kitchen cabinets. If water damage caused by leaking water is not taken care of in an orderly fashion it can lead to the possible effects of mold growth. As you can see in the pictures below even a very small leak can turn into a big water damage or black mold issue.
