Tampa Water Leak

Water Leak in Wall in Tampa

A Tampa homeowner contacted I Find Leaks in regards to a water leak that ended up being located in an exterior wall. The leaking plumbing pipe was causing water to show up on the floor inside of the master bathroom of the property. The main plumbing service pipe entered the house in a concrete block wall which was adjacent to the master bathroom. The Tampa homeowner thought the leaking pipe was underneath the concrete slab floor and was very pleased that the water leak ended up being in a wall where it was easily accessible for repair. In order to fix slab leaks, the floor must be jackhammered which causes a great deal of dust and destruction to the inside of Clearwater and Tampa properties. As you can see in the pictures below, we located the plumbing pipe leak and opened the concrete block wall to expose the Tampa pipe leak. Water pipe leaks must be found and water damage services rendered soon after water shows inside of the property. If water damage services are not rendered properly, mold growth can occur very quickly. Mold removal services are much more intensive to Tampa Bay area properties than leak detection and water damage restoration services.
